**Develop your talent in the world of rapeseed cultivation**

**What you can expect**:

- Independent supervision and coordination of rapeseed seed production in Germany and abroad
- Management of seed processing and treatment
- Creation and evaluation of key production figures
- Coordination and documentation of quality tests and subsequent provision of quality results
- Organization and evaluation of production trials
- Further development of cultivation strategies in collaboration with our propagation partners
- Testing of new treatment products

**What you bring with you**:

- Degree in agricultural sciences with a focus on crop science or similar qualifications with practical experience in plant production
- Sound knowledge of plant cultivation and plant production
- Ideally initial professional experience in the cultivation of rapeseed
- Assertiveness, quick comprehension and strong team spirit
- Confident knowledge of German and English (written and spoken) is required, knowledge of another language (e.g. French) is an advantage
- Willingness for occasional national and international business trips (up to 25%) and a class B driver's license
