We are looking for a working student/intern who supports our team in day-to-day operations as well as in exciting new projects. **What you'll do**:

- You will actively support our Organizational Development Team in all areas of Organization development, Transformation and Strategy.
- You support our People and Organization projects by taking over key tasks and deliverables and proactively contribute to exciting to the projects and set personal priorities.
- You will get to know different ways of working and communicating in a quick environment.
- You will have an active part in global projects, strategy and transformation.

**What you bring to the table**:

- You are currently studying in business administration, economics, or have a comparable qualification.
- You are interested in Strategy Management, Change Management and other topics around Organization Development.
- You love numbers and interpret them into meaningful information.
- You proactively drive things forward and like to contribute your creative ideas.
- You have a high service orientation, quality awareness and are an organizational talent.
- You are able to work independently.
- Business fluent language skills in English enable you to communicate confidently. German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
