**We are currently looking for a Sales trainer to join our amazing team at Stellar. This is a new role, goals will be to drive the sales of Therabody products across the German retail landscape, train key retail independent partners, promote brand and category awareness.**

**About The Role**

In this role you will have the opportunity to grow sales, as we introduce Therabody into key German retailers. This is a regional role where you will be working from a variety of stores, training sales staff on the Therabody products, delivering in store demonstrations and selling. In addition you will source and attend events to promote the product.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Accelerate the sale of Therabody products in the retail landscape of consumer

electronics in Germany.
- Deliver in-store B2C product demonstrations.
- Train sales personnel of key retail and selected independent partners.
- Create and deliver events to raise the profile of Therabody throughout Germany.
- Deliver exceptional client service in line with company standards.
- Embrace company values and collaborate with others.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in training and selling within retail and/or the sporting product

sector
- Ability to talk and present confidently in both German and English about

wellness/beauty/performance products with an active interest in the category.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills - must be able to work autonomously

and provide updates via structured feedback.
- A strong motivator.
- Working proficiency of Microsoft office/google suite
- Full European driving licence. You will be travelling to stores 4 times per week and

working from home on one day per week.

**What we offer**:

- Salary €40-45,000 per year
- Company car or car allowance
- Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5.30 pm, but also some weekend working and working on

bank holidays.
- Holidays - 28 days per year plus public holidays

**Salary**: 40.000,00€ - 45.000,00€ per year
