**Functie**:
Als Tactical Procurement Specialist rapporteer je aan de Head of Procurement. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het borgen van een optimale kostenefficiëntie binnen jouw scope van aankoopcategorieën. Daarnaast onderhandel je met leveranciers en negotieer je de beste prijzen waarbij je ook de beste relaties onderhoudt. Je adviseert de departementen in het aanreiken van opportuniteiten en oplossingen. Ten slotte voer je de aankoopprocessen op een efficiënte wijze uit.

**Functieomschrijving**

**Binnen jouw scope ben je**
- operationeel verantwoordelijk voor aankoopdienst, planning, RFI/RFQ/Tenders, contract management,...
- negotieer je met leveranciers voor de aankopen van materialen en diensten

**Daarnaast ben je**
- verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve opvolging van het volledige aankoopproces
- werk je samen met de Operational Procurement Specialist in het verwerken van bestellingen en volg je deze op m.b.t. levertermijn, kwaliteit en prijs
- key-user in SAP

**Tenslotte**
- neem je in samenspraak met de Strategic Buyer de leiding bij de opstart van nieuwe projecten/leveranciers en sta je ook in voor de verdere opvolging hiervan
- werk je nauw samen met de departementen onderhoud, engineering en productie

**Profiel**:
Je beschikt over een master denk
- en werkniveau of bent gelijkaardig door ervaring in een technisch/economische richting. Daarnaast ben je commercieel ingesteld en beschik je over een gezonde dosis assertiviteit.
- Je bent analytisch, stressbestendig, sociaal en leergierig aangelegd
- Je hebt een volledige hands-on mentaliteit
- Je communiceert vlot in het NL en ENG, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling

Een extra plus:

- Kennis van SAP4HANA
- Voorgaande ervaring (2-3 jaar) in (petro)chemische / industriële sector
