**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative post-production manager (all genders) to join our Zalando Studio team. In this role, you will be responsible for the internal team of creative retouchers. Your empathetic leadership style fosters a collaborative and supportive environment where team members feel valued and motivated to excel. You collaborate closely with different stakeholders such as account managers and Project managers alongside Art directors. You will oversee all aspects of the retouching and post-production process, ensuring that our visual content meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and brand guidelines.
**WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)**:
- Oversee project planning and resource allocation, balancing workload and priorities to meet project milestones.
- Ensuring efficient project execution, adherence to schedules, and effective communication between team members and Art Directors.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement.
- Mentor and provide guidance to your team members, sharing best practices, techniques, and feedback to help them develop their skills and grow professionally.
- Utilize your empathy and interpersonal acumen to serve as a dependable advisor and advocate for both team members and stakeholders, helping them overcome obstacles and reach successful outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and tools in image retouching, incorporating new practices into your team’s workflow.
**WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**:
- You have experience as a manager or in a similar role and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment dealing with many topics simultaneously.
- Track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Showcase a diverse range of projects highlighting proficiency in retouching across various industries, such as fashion and advertising.
- Feature case studies or project summaries that outline specific challenges, including a strategic approach to solving them, and the successful outcomes achieved.
Highlight problem-solving skills, showcasing examples of your ability to think creatively, adapt to challenges, and find innovative solutions to complex issues that arise during post-production projects.
