**Das sollten Sie mitbringen**:

- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung Berufserfahrung im digitalintensivem Umfeld (StartUp, eCommerce, Bankumfeld oder Finanz/ Dienstleistungsumfeld)
- Hohe Affinität zu Excel, analytischen / Optimierungsthemen
- Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft von mind. 5T pro Monat nach Dortmund
- Hands On Mentalität
- professionelles Auftreten
- Kommunikationsstark

**Ihre Aufgaben sind im Detail**:

- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung von Führungskräften inkl. mehrerer Teams in München und Dortmund (ca. 50 Kreditsachbearbeitern)
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von internen und externen Service-Level-Agreements mit unseren Bank
- und Vertriebspartnern
- Sehr enger Austausch mit der Geschäftsführung und Zusammenarbeit an strategischen Themen
- Konzeption und Optimierung von Prozessen mit unserem Produktmanagement Coaching und persönliche Weiterentwicklung deiner Führungskräfte, sowie Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeiter/-innen
