PURCHASE - smart sourcing with foresight

In the Purchase department, we make sure everything is in the right place at the right time - in the right quality, quantity, and at the best price.
Our 7-member team not only handles the operational side of purchasing but also plays an active role in shaping our strategic supplier network.

Whether it's local procurement or global sourcing, we analyze markets, negotiate contracts, ensure supply chains, and always keep our technical requirements, budgets, and quality standards in focus.

As a key interface, we collaborate closely with Project Management, Product Management, and Engineering - making a direct contribution to the company’s success.

Fresh water, tea, and fruit every dayYOUR TASKSYou support our Purchasing team in day-to-day operations - for example, by checking order confirmations and reviewing incoming invoices.-
While doing so, you independently maintain data in SAP and help ensure smooth processes.-
Your responsibilities also include reviewing supplier declarations and tracking delivery dates.-
Thanks to your structured approach, you handle complaints and take care of supplier communication.-
You contribute to the creation of reports and analyses, providing a valuable basis for decision-making.-
Beyond that, you’re involved in exciting projects and assist with demand planning and order preparation.YOUR SKILLSYou are currently enrolled in a degree program - ideally with a focus on business or engineering, such as Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.-
Numbers are your thing: you work in a structured way and enjoy taking responsibility.-
Previous experience with SAP is a plus.-
You’re confident using MS Office - especially Excel.-
Your open-minded nature and ability to see the bigger picture make you a true asset to the team.-
