**Your contribution**:

- You are **responsible **for the** timely rectification of defects** in compliance with the existing SLAs
- Control the** defect ticket processing**:

- ** Evaluate existing defects **according to the defect catalog
- ** Obtain and check service provider** **offers **and delivery notes
- Act as an **interface to the main contact persons**:

- ** Maintain **the **interface **in the direction of deployment and PLs for special projects
- ** Identify process gaps and optimization potential **by involving responsible stakeholders

**What makes you stand out**:

- At least **2 years of professional experience**, ideally in the **telecommunications** **industry**, steel or electrical trade
- Completed **vocational training** or a comparable qualification, as well as **experience in the work of infrastructure companies**:

- Good **knowledge of defect ticket processing **for passive infrastructures
- Adept at** dealing with internal and external stakeholders** (e.g. local partners/suppliers)
- Broad **knowledge in telecommunication technologies and deployment projects**:

- Good **analytical and decision-making skills**:

- Fluent **German** (C1) and (very) good written and spoken **English **skills (B2)

**We fill this position in each of our regions - in a total of four times.**
