As Recruitment Partner for Business, you will partner up with leaders of various levels to support them in attracting and selecting the best talent for Trade Republic. Through partnering with you, they will make better hiring decisions everyday.
***WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**:
- Partner and coach leaders on how to attract the best talent starting with our business and operations departments
- Act as the guardian of Trade Republic's Culture, Value and Principles for every hire, identifying potential role models but also derailers
- Contribute to the development of Talent Acquisition tools and practices in collaboration with Tech Recruitment
***WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:
- 5+ years of experience in the Talent Acquisition function hiring highly specialized profiles in Banking, Services or Technology - Fintech will be an added advantage
- A track record of building strong trust-based partnerships with stakeholders through measurable outcomes and constantly adding value to their hiring
- Experience within the startup ecosystem or banking will be valued. A Fintech background will be considered an advantage
- Data driven: you are comfortable with and have a strong preference for managing recruitment through data. You manage and monitor the talent acquisition processes you handle through KPIs on a daily basis
- As an advocate for automation and digitalization, you know your way around technology and HR tools - Greenhouse expertise will be considered a plus
- Hands-on: self-motivated to produce massive individual contributor work independently. Your interview activity level is high, but purposeful
- Entrepreneurship spirit: we are not a 9-5 company, and we expect people to have wellbeing through flexibility but also to work hard to make things happen
- We are an office first company, and as such we expect you to be present the majority of the time in our Berlin office with your stakeholders
