**Stellenbeschreibung** Wir suchen einen engagierten und kommunikationsstarken Communications Specialist (m/w/d) für unser User Experience Office (UXO) in München. In dieser Rolle tragen Sie maßgeblich zur erfolgreichen Kommunikation unserer UX-Initiativen in der EMEA-Region, mit Fokus auf Deutschland, bei. **Ihre Aufgaben**: - Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Kommunikationsstrategien und -plänen für Projekte des UXO, gemäß den Vorgaben des Service Managers. Dies beinhaltet: - Teilnahme an Meetings und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams. - Erstellung und Einholung von Feedback zu Endbenutzer-Kommunikationsmaterialien verschiedener Art und deren Übersetzung aus dem Englischen ins Deutsche. - Erstellung und Aktualisierung von SharePoint-Seiten, Massen-E-Mails, Viva Engage-Posts und anderen Inhalten. - Laufende Information des Teams über Projektaktivitäten und identifizierte Probleme. - Unterstützung des "My IT Support Ambassador"-Programms durch: - Vorbereitung von Materialien. - Planung von Update-Sessions für Ambassadors. - Erledigung weiterer Aufgaben nach Anweisung des Service Managers. - Bereitstellung von Support während der deutschen Arbeitszeiten, wochentags, Mo-Fr / 08:00 - 16:00 Uhr MEZ. **Ihr Profil**: - Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch. - Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von SharePoint-Seiten. - Eigeninitiative mit gutem Zeitmanagement und einem angemessenen Sinn für Dringlichkeit. - Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Liebe zum Detail. - Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft Office-Anwendungen und Collaboration-Tools, insbesondere PowerPoint und Teams. **Wir bieten**: - Ein wettbewerbsfähiges Gehalt und ein attraktives Leistungspaket. - Möglichkeiten zur beruflichen Weiterentwicklung und zum Wachstum. - Eine kollaborative und unterstützende Arbeitsumgebung. **Bewerbung**: Art der Stelle: Vollzeit, Festanstellung Gehalt: 40.000,00€ - 50.000,00€ pro Jahr Arbeitszeiten: - 8-Stunden-Schicht - Montag bis Freitag Ausbildung: - Lehre/Ausbildung (Wünschenswert) Berufserfahrung: - IT: 1 Jahr (Wünschenswert) - Support: 1 Jahr (Wünschenswert) Sprache: - Deutsch (Wünschenswert) Arbeitsort: Vor Ort
