Technical Writer

**Technical Writer (M/F/d)**:
You are passionate about enhancing teamwork through great technical communication? You like to dig into a product and understand it from the ground up and see the bigger picture? You have excellent communication skills and know how to easily convey technical concepts into documentation? You have no problem structuring technical requirements? You like to work with cutting-edge technologies? Working in small and agile teams in short iterations gives you the drive you need? Then it is YOU who we are looking for.

**That's what it's about**:
Responsibility and ownership for technical, product, user and service documentation of MobiLab products and services.
- Responsible for structuring the technical requirements, features, and steps from planning to delivery
- Working closely together with the Product Owners, Project Managers, Designers, and Engineers to fully understand the product, the technical requirements, and user touchpoints
- Communication and alignment with Product Owners and Project Managers to use consistent language throughout the product user interface and the associated documentation to generally drive consistency throughout the MobiLab products
- Delivery of not only product documentation but also supporting material, tutorials, FAQs, etc.
- Create, review, and edit product-orientated blog posts

- You can structure complex technical information into a hands-on documentation
- You are a communicative person, in writing and speaking and can collaborate with different stakeholders

**This is your background**:

- You are an English native speaker (or native level) with excellent written and verbal communications skills
- You have at least 3 years of experience in writing documentation for software for a technical audience
- You have already worked in agile teams, and you know how to transfer your knowledge to your team members
