- Responsibilities
- Provide timely, high quality customer support in response to customer tickets and requests for on-site support.
- Use the most effective method for setting up and configuring the equipment required for trade shows and exhibitions.
- Test and analyze Pandoras Box, Widget Designer, Spyder X80, Terra and Hedra features and provide feedback to the Developers on ideas for enhancement, improvements to reliability and ease of use.
- Write clear and effective documentation to explain products and features to customers.
- Travel to trade shows, exhibitions and distributor sites, interact with customers and manipulate the software to provide them with a “live” experience based on their questions and level of interest.
- Follow training arrangements and ensure appropriate equipment and software is available and set up.
- Test and analyze new and existing features to fully understand and explain their function to both basic and advanced users
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years' of technical support experience in the AV / Event industry
- Customer service oriented with a high level of detail
- Experience in working with Image processing systems
- Strong written and verbal and analytical & troubleshooting skills
- Flexible and self motivated personality
