**Team Leader (m/w/d) Logistics Operations Automatic Picking**

Das ist deine Aufgabe

Als Teil unserer Führungsmannschaft leitest Du unser Team im Bereich Automatic Picking. Als Teamleiter*in
- planst, koordinierst und überwachst Du die Arbeitsabläufe und stellst die reibungslose Abwicklung des Tagesgeschäftes sicher
- verantwortest Du die Personaleinsatzplanung unter Berücksichtigung der verfügbaren Ressourcen
- bist Du für die Umsetzung von Verbesserungen der Logistikprozesse mitverantwortlich und wirst bei der Durchführung von Projekten mit
- überwachst Du die Einhaltung und Umsetzung aller relevanten Arbeitsanweisungen und Sicherheitsvorschriften
- entwickelst Du die Mitarbeiter*innen bei Qualifizierungsbedarfen

Das bringst du mit
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik haben Sie eine Weiterbildung zum Logistikmeister oder Handelsfachwirt oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Führungserfahrung innerhalb des Bereichs Handel-/Industrielogistik
- Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit moderner Logistiktechnik ist von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und unserem Lagerverwaltungssystem SAP (EWM)
- Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
