The Talent Acquisition Advisor DACH & Nordics is responsible for the delivery of end-to-end recruitment. This role reports into the regional TA Manager. Talent Acquisition Advisor will work closely together with Talent Acquisition and Country HR to gain knowledge of the range of vacancies and build up contacts within the industry to find the best Talent for Reckitt.

**You will**:

- be focused on delivering end-to-end recruitment activities for open roles in DACH & Nordics
- act as a trusted advisor and partner to the business in acquiring top talent for Reckitt

**You’ll succeed because you have...**
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law or Social sciences with major in Human Resources or Organizational Management or similar qualification.
- minimum of 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment best practices as well as employer branding initiatives
- deep understanding of the talent market in the region, trends and challenges and devise recruitment campaigns and strategies that work
- proficiency in German and English
- hands-on approach, you take pride in delivering top quality customer service
