The activities that await you in our back office are as varied and diverse as our consulting projects. We are therefore looking for a trustworthy person with a high sense of responsibility.

**Your challenges**:

- Preparation and Validation of invoices in a timely manner and clarifying requests with our clients
- Monitoring and validation of accounts payable including regular reconciliations of vendor statements
- Review and approval of travel expenses
- Preparation of travel expenses for the accounting team
- Creation of meaningful financial reports and evaluations on costs and revenue
- Completion of administrative tasks such as authority notifications (e.g. IHK, VBG, AWV Z4, etc.)
- Support with process optimization**Your Profile**:

- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or academic degree with a focus on finance, business administration or a similar
- Relevant working experience in one or more of the topics mentioned above
- Ideally first experiences in Finance or related topics
- Structured, target
- and solution-oriented approach with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Very good communication skills and a high extent of proactivity and sense of responsibility
- You have relevant knowledge of common Office tools and are proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint or SharePoint
