As a Recruiter at the applike group you will support the business units and tech teams with finding new experts and talents while at the same time constantly improving our hiring process.

Tasks
- You track accurate talent acquisition metrics and provide regular reporting
- You support your peers and other colleagues in all recruiting topics e.g., by providing guidance and training on our Applicant Tracking System
- You constantly look for potential ways how to improve the recruitment process to meet the needs of our companies
- You regularly participate in projects like e.g., employer branding to build and develop our brand and reputation as an employer of choice
**Requirements**:
- You have a university degree in Human Resources, Psychology or other business-related studies
- You have 2+ years of experience in recruiting for different positions and hierarchical levels
- You are experienced in active sourcing via different channels
- You have experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), are KPI-driven and work result-oriented
- You have social media and networking affinity and stay up to date with latest trends in talent attraction
- You are a team player, show proactivity and are eager to learn something new every day
- You are proficient in using Google Workspace or any other mail & collaboration tools
- You have strong communication skills and fluent English skills
