Tasks
**Your Responsibilites**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and business roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- 4-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience hiring for both technical and business roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly in contract and hiring processes.
- Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
- Fluent in English.
- Based in Hamburg, with a willingness to be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

**Nice to Have**:

- Proficiency in German or other languages.
- Experience working in an international and diverse work environment.
