Wir suchen für den nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unser Legal Real Estate Team in Deutschland einen engagierten und lernwilligen Werkstudent/Werkstudentin, der/die sich für Mietrecht interessiert und praktische Erfahrungen in einem renommierten global tätigen Immobilienunternehmen sammeln möchte. In dieser Position haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Einblicke in die rechtlichen Aspekte des Immobilienwesens zu gewinnen und Ihr theoretisches Wissen aus dem Studium in der Praxis anzuwenden.

**Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**
- **Betreuung von Mietstreitigkeiten**:Unterstützung bei der juristischen Prüfung von mietrechtlichen Streitigkeiten und bei der Korrespondenz mit Mietern und Rechtsanwälte
- **Recherchearbeiten**:Durchführung von Recherchen zu rechtlichen Themen, Vorbereitung von Berichten und Präsentationen für die Rechtsanwälte.
- **Vertragsmanagement**:Unterstützung bei der Erstellung, Überprüfung und Verwaltung von Verträgen und rechtlichen Dokumenten.
- **Dokumentenverwaltung**:Organisieren und Pflegen von rechtlichen Unterlagen und Dokumenten.
- **Kommunikation**:Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen, externen Anwälten und Behörden, um Informationen auszutauschen und rechtliche Anfragen zu bearbeiten.
- **Gerichtliche Unterstützung**:Assistenz bei der Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für Gerichtsverfahren und Anhörungen.
- **Administrative Tätigkeit**:Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung für das Legal-Team.

**Anforderungen**
- **Studium**:Immatrikulierter Student im Bereich Jura oder einem verwandten Studiengang.
- **Analytische Fähigkeiten**:Fähigkeit, komplexe rechtliche Informationen zu verstehen und aufzuarbeiten.
- **Kommunikationsfähigkeiten**:Gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und idealerweise in Englisch.
- **Teamarbeit**:Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit in einem Team und zur Unterstützung der Rechtsanwälte.
- **Selbständigkeit**: Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben eigenständig zu organisieren und abzuschließen. Wir suchen jemanden, der 20 Stunden pro Woche arbeiten kann.
- **Computerkenntnisse**:Grundlegende Kenntnisse der Microsoft Office Suite und anderer juristischer Software sind von Vorteil.
