As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious **Working Student** in our **Legal team** to drive the implementation of our new contract management tool and related processes, organize corporate housekeeping documents, do legal research and assist our legal counsel in the preparation of legal documents.

**Your mission will be to**:

- Closely working with our legal counsel to set up the new contract management process
- Legal Research
- Preparation of contract reviews and drafts of legal documents
- Organizing Corporate Housekeeping

**Your competencies are**:

- Fluent in English (must-have)
- Self-starter
- Diligent and detail oriented
- Interested to get some insights into a NASDAQ-listed company
- Tech Savvy

**Requirements**:

- Min. 4th semester law student of a University or Bachelor Studies (Universität or Fachhochschule)
- First experience as a working student or similar practical work experience (is a plus)
