Receptionist - Weekdays Only

We are currently hiring for a Receptionist in our Munich branch.

Your tasks

You will be the contact person for national and international customers and guests as well as for all employees in the house
You will organise the reception area independently and professionally and welcome our national and international visitors.
You will also coordinate the work processes at reception in relation to our internal training centre.
You work closely with the training centre course organisation team
You will routinely operate the switchboard and professionally forward incoming calls to the appropriate contact persons.
You will process incoming and outgoing mail carefully and on time and organise the administration and ordering of office supplies.

**Profile**:
You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. in the hotel industry, tourism or in a medical practice) or have a comparable qualification
You also have some relevant work experience, ideally in the front office/reception area.
You like to coordinate and communicate, you enjoy a varied job with international customers
You are a careful and reliable worker with good self-organisation skills and you are willing to take on responsibility.
You have good manners and a confident and friendly manner
Good, trusting and harmonious teamwork is just as important to you as it is to us.
Fluent written and spoken German and English round off your profile; other foreign languages would be an advantage.
