To augment our People & Culture team in **Stuttgart **or **Berlin **we are looking for an **Intern (f/m/x) People & Culture **- starting **September/October **, **fulltime, 6 months **. In this role you will communicate with many people, get precious insights for a future career within an agile & digital environment, and **contribute in guiding the employee lifecycle to an amazing experience.
**In this role you will
**- Support the People & Culture team in a diverse set of topics
- Help to expand and communicate our Learning & Development portfolio
- Coordinate trainings across different locations
- Do researches on topics around agile culture, and best practices (e.g. digital tools)
- Get an own project, execute and roll it out
- Have the chance to deep dive into many People & Culture related topics
- Be responsible for organizing workshops from A to Z
- Have the chance to continue working with us as a student

**Qualifikationen**:
**To succeed you need
- You are a team player, like to laugh and learn new things
- You have experience in People & Culture related topics
- You are a bold and proactive communicator in German and English
- You have a certain talent in organizing yourself and keeping track on tasks
