In the last few years, traveling has, unfortunately, become too stressful, too complex, too inconvenient, and too time-consuming. And although everyone in the industry is working very hard to improve the passenger experience - much more can be done

Traveling and retailing should be seamless, simple, transparent, fast, and convenient. And digital. Here is where **Duffle** comes in.

The timing could not be better to emerge as a category winner: the global pandemic has accelerated the demand for a better and renewed approach to global travel retail, and as the world begins to open again, pent-up demand for travel and travel-related retail is set to boom as brands, retailers, airports, and airlines are doubling down their efforts to make up for lost sales.

**People & Culture Internship (or Working-student) at Duffle**

This is a great opportunity to get exposure to many interesting topics in the People & Culture department at the start of your career. You will be involved in projects such as Internal communications, Benefits framework, onboarding, and Talent Acquisition. As a young business, you will have the opportunity to facilitate Culture development and be the People experience ambassador. You will work closely with and report to our VP of People.

**What you will do**:

- You will support developing internal communication on processes and culture topics in our internal wiki - Notion.
- You will coordinate onboarding programs and be the People Experience ambassador.
- You will support developing a benefits framework and partnerships to set Duffle competitively in the market.
- You will support the Duffle team with events organization.
- You will support the People & Culture department with analyses, reporting, and projects.
- You will track and optimize relevant distribution channels, report data-driven key metrics, and continuously improve different hiring approaches.
- You will contribute to Duffle brand development as a talent coordinator: events, employer brand, processes, etc.

**Location and workplace**:
This role is based in our HQ in Berlin. We have a hybrid work framework balanced between home and office.

**Ideally, you bring**:

- You are an enrolled student at a University in Germany.
- You want to be part of an international and diverse start-up company and play a key role in its identity development.
- You have a big interest and curiosity in all People & Culture topics.
- You are really organized, with attention to detail and motivation to learn.
- You can write and edit content in English.
- You have the ability to build trusted relationships and use your judgment and strong communication skills across all levels of an organization.
- You what to experience the startup world, see a product and organization develop at a fast past, and be able to contribute to that.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
