- Your tasks:

- You will get to know the different activities in the People & Culture team in the Recruitment & Sourcing area.
- You will independently take on tasks that arise in the course of our daily work.
- You analyze data and facts of the recruiting process and suggest appropriate improvements.
- Job requirements:

- You are interested in an internship at QIMA, e.g. as a student of economics, psychology or a similar field of study with a focus on human resources.
- You have a passion for people and a great interest in human resources topics.
- You have an open nature and enjoy getting to know new people and ways of working.
- You enjoy working both in a team and independently. You are well organized and structured.
- Communication is one of your strengths. You can inspire others and explain complex issues in an understandable way.
- You speak fluent English
