**We are looking for an HR Intern (f/m/d) to support our HR Operations team in all kinds of administrative tasks while constantly keeping an eye on the employee experience.**

**What you will do**:

- You will support our HR Managers with all incoming requests from employees and leads
- You will assist with the creation of various HR documents like work contracts, contract amendments, and relocation documents
- You will support the team with preparing the onboarding for new joiners
- You will make sure the data in our HRIS is always up to date
- You will be the owner of our internal knowledge base Confluence to make sure our internal HR processes are always up to date
- You will work with our HR Manager on further HR project
- You constantly follow the approach to improve our employee experience

**Who you are**:

- You are currently studying or recently finished your studies in a Human Resources related field
- You already had first touch points with HR topics
- You are service-driven, and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- You are passionate about embracing operational excellence and driving ongoing improvements
- You are a team player, eager to improve every day and acting proactively
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You are fluent in English and German, verbally and in writing
