You’ll take responsibility for marketing projects for the full administration and coordination of assigned brand marketing projects. Moreover, you'll: - Be the key contact person of assigned projects. - Support brand team independently when it comes to operative processes and tasks within projects (e.g. display set up, SKU set up, artwork creation, digital marketing deliverables) - Coordinate communication between factory, supply, brand team and external stakeholders within the operative processes to ensure a smooth project execution. - Provide all relevant financials to brand team as basis for P&L calculations and market analysis related to the project - Create the Purchasing Order's, independent tracking of brand budget & invoicing - Ensure smooth running of daily business aspects related to the project as well as website & relevant system maintenance & regular updates **You will succeed, because..** - ... you have completed your commercial education and gained at least 2 years of working experience - idealy in an extremely competitive, fast moving FMCG environment - ... you ideally bring first experience in marketing or project management - ... you have good skills in MS office, excel, SAP Ariba basic knowledge is an advantage - ... you are a problem solver with a high result orientation, structured thinker with well-organised approach and have a strong commercial understanding - ... you speak both German and English fluently **You will love it, because** - ... our products and brands are a unique platform for mutual success: with our new sustainability strategy we offer substantial long-term added value. - ... working in partnership is our motto: flat hierarchies, open doors and our "#Freedomtosucceed" mentality create the right atmosphere. - ...
