About our Marketing/Marketing Excellence Department

About the role

The Project & NPI Coordinator Vestacy is leading the NPI process for her/his brands/segments: SKU and AW management and support the team to ensure smooth running of the daily business

Your responsibilities

• Manage SKU introductions from initiation (project definition) through to first shipment (incl. emb. items)
• Develop detailed Critical Path Schedule for each project in conjunction with brand teams
• Project coordination: Coordinate communication between factory, supply, brand team and external stakeholders within the operative processes to ensure a smooth project execution; keep all stake holders informed, especially Project Manager and rest of brand team
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all documentation (system and others)
• Regularly review progress on all projects with brand & supply teams/ maintain initiative tracking document – flagging risks and escalating issues to the Marketing and Supply Director
• Lead the AW localization process for NPDs, EPDs or other changes
• Ensure bar code, AW and dangerous goods signage conformance for unit and transit packaging with other departments in the Office
• Key contact person of assigned projects and brand related requests (e.g. from customer service, sales team, etc.)
• Project tracking: ensure all operative tasks related to the project are delivered in time according to the CPS
• Ensure smooth running of daily business and support the brand team where necessary for SKU related requests and other administrative tasks
• Support in creation and tracking of POs

The experience we're looking for

Education

• Abitur or comparable qualification
• Commercial Education
• German native speaker/must be fluent in German & English

Work experience

• At least 2 years working experience in Project Management

Functional skills

• MS Office, Excel
• Excellent Project Management skills
• SAP/ Ariba basic knowledge (ideal)

• Problem solver with a high result orientation
• Structured thinker with well-organized working approach – but comfortable working in a highly dynamic, changing environment
• Strong communicator capable of building strong working relationships
• Strong commercial understanding
