**Your new adventure**: - Monitor customer behavior and feedback and provide insights to the team on how to improve the customer experience. - Assist in maintaining the customer database, including data entry and updating customer information. - Close cooperation with various teams from marketing (social media, SEO, affiliates), sales, operation etc. - Support and responsibility for different projects - There might be some tasks that do not fall directly into your area of work **Your background**: - Ongoing studies in marketing, communication, (digital) media, design or related fields (active student status) - Native level of the **German language is a must**, knowledge of Italian is a plus - Strong writing skills and ability to craft compelling and effective copy. - Familiarity with content marketing principles and social media platforms. - Strong interest in e-commerce marketing with the desire to develop your marketing superpowers in the camping and travel industry - Proactive and curious approach to new topics, paying attention to details and a sense of responsibility in the creation and publication of campaigns - Very good organizational skills to successfully keep track of several parallel running projects and deadlines - Willing to come to the Munich office at least twice a week **Why us?**: With us, you get the entire "start-up package": We work independently and with a high degree of freedom on our topics, which brings with it rapid development opportunities and a steep learning curve.
