Development is something you can do with us, too—both for yourself and together with us for the PAYBACK program.We’re excited to meet youThe position is to be filled from February 2026.YOUR TASKS You prepare the monthly campaign reports independently, so that newsletter optimization potential and product developments can be identifiedYou independently exchange the advertising space in the newsletters in our CMS system and coordinate with the interfaces You support us in the implementation of data-triggered email campaigns and offline mailings, such as welcome and birthday communicationsYou accompany complex campaigns from briefing to playoutYou work on the preparation of analysis results in presentations You take on your own (sub-)projects, e.g. integration concept for "Refer a Friend" productYOUR PROFILE You are studying economics or communication sciences, business informatics or something comparableYou are interested in evaluating and further developing PAYBACK measures with the end customer in mindYou have a high level of enthusiasm for CRM and ideally some experience in email marketing and CRMYou are characterised by a good understanding of numbers and analytical strength You are a team player (m/f) looking for fun at workYou have a high level of initiative, creativity and independenceYou are familiar with MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)You have very good German language skills (C1 level)OUR OFFERYour creative breaks: Play FIFA, indulge in Mario Kart, or smash table tennis balls We even have an all-day coffee and water flat rateStudent snacks: Tastier than the cafeteria, more choices than the shared kitchen in your apartment – that's our ESSZIMMER.
