**All about the role**
- Our team builds stuff with DDD and Event-Sourcing in mind to ensure that each cent earned by our Couriers is correct and ready on time and that such amounts can be audited, validated, and available at any time.
- Beyond the regular salary, our Couriers may still get some additional earnings as bonuses or HR initiatives that aim to keep them always motivated and challenged to deliver their best, at that moment our tech team comes to the stage to transform all initiatives planned by our Stakeholders and Product Owners into running code with quality and on time.
- As a Quality Assurance Specialist in our Payroll Team - courier's earnings - you will be exposed to several business and technical challenges and you will need to:

- Plan and execute tests on specific areas according to project features and milestones
- Design, create, implement and maintain test cases, test scenarios
- Deliver feedback and reports to the development team and actively participate in Scrum activities
- Assist product owner in writing and reviewing acceptance criteria for upcoming features
- Identify, report, update and track bugs in JIRA
- Work side-by-side with the development teams in assisting bug investigation (reporting, reproduction, isolation) to ensure the title is achieving planned milestones
- Validate high risk changes before they are integrated into the main version to ensure stability and basic functionality

**Can you deliver**

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be part of our team and we hope you can help us with the following skills:

- At least 2 years experience in Quality Assurance roles
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g. JIRA) and test case management tools (e.g. TestRail)
- Experience with testing RESTful APIs (e.g. with Postman)
- Understanding of testing techniques and methods
- Understanding of cross-functional team structures and agile methodologies
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
- Good spoken and written skills in English

**Nice to have**
Although not being a hard requirement would be great if you have some experience on:

- Experience with NoSQL and/or SQL databases, e.g. mongoDB
- Experience with Test Automation
- Any coding knowledge on Java or JavaScript is a plus
