**Your Job**
- Strategically managing and optimizing the presales process to maximize lead generation and qualification efficiency.
- Leading and developing the presales team, including coaching, training, and performance management.
- In-depth analysis and optimization of lead data using Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA) and Salesforce dashboards.
- Collaborating closely with sales and sales operations teams to ensure high quality leads.
- Implementing best practices and standardizing lead management processes across regions.
- Overseeing budget and resource allocation for the presales function.

**Your Skills**
- First experiences in a leadership role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA) for advanced data analysis and reporting.
- Proven experience in optimizing and digitalizing (sales) processes.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- First touchpoints with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
- First experiences in leading and developing teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
