Account Executive (German-Speaking)

Location: Munich (On-site)

We are seeking a driven and consultative B2B sales professional to manage and grow key accounts while building new business relationships across the HR and talent landscape. This role is ideal for someone with a proven record of exceeding sales targets, strong executive presence, and the ability to engage with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Partner with HR leaders (CHROs, Heads of Talent, HR Directors) to develop and execute enterprise-wide strategies.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within untapped territories.
- Lead consultative sales processes, focusing on sign-ups, upgrades, and renewals.
- Drive SaaS sales growth, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and usage of the platform.
- Conduct accurate forecasting and account planning on monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
- Educate clients on product value, ensuring long-term partnerships and high renewal rates.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent German (spoken and written).
- 6+ years in B2B sales with full quota responsibility and a track record of exceeding targets.
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, including managing enterprise clients and subscription-based models.
- Demonstrated success influencing and engaging C-Suite and senior executives.
- Strong background in consultative sales; HR or HR consultancy experience is a plus.
- Executive presence, adaptability, and a proactive, “can-do” mindset.
- Experience in managing complex SaaS sales cycles and strategic accounts.
