Then join this exciting Internship opportunity at Fortinet in Frankfurt, Germany We are looking for a student assistant in sales for intensifying the collaboration between Deutsche Telekom Global Business Solutions and Fortinet

**Mission**

The goal is to intensify the collaboration between Deutsche Telekom Global Business Solutions and Fortinet and to improve the quality of the sales pipeline. A competence center has already been established for the areas of SD-WAN, SD-Branch, and SASE between the Fortinet sales team and Deutsche Telekom. Processes, prices, and other aspects are defined between both organizations. Sales enablement workshops have already been conducted between the sales teams in various countries.

**Objectives**:
To improve the quality of the pipeline and increase the closing rate, a student assistant is sought to support the sales team.
- Regular communication and exchange with the Business Development Team of DTGBS.
- Identification of project contacts at DTGBS and Fortinet.
- Support the sales team in qualifying opportunities.
- Active monitoring of international projects.
- Organization of further sales enablement workshops in Asia and America.
- Support the exchange of information between the sales organizations.
- Regular organization of updates with the national organizations.
- Support in sales promotion measures. Preparation of win/loss analyses.

**Requirements and Profile Background and Experience**:

- Should be tech-savvy and interested in cyber security.
- Ability to work in a structured manner and show initiative with focus on business/economics than technical.
- Very good level of German and English skills. Spanish skills would be desirable, as the competence center is based in Spain and DTGBS has a strong market share in South America

**Skills**:

- Good analytical skills - ability to understand and analyze information strategically.
- Detail oriented - follow processes thoroughly.
- Team player - interact effectively within individual team and other departments alike. Understanding of Fortinet product line-up a plus.
