**What you’ll do**:
- You will schedule and evaluate our trainings and thus contribute to the continuous development of our employees.
- You will support in launching a global learning and knowledge management tool to establish a self-driven learning culture at Emma.
- You will accompany the onboarding journey and help us to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
- You will actively contribute to building up new learning opportunities with creative ideas.
- You will work closely with other P&O sub-teams across the globe and together you ensure a good people experience for all Emmies.
- You will have the opportunity to lead your own learning and knowledge management related project streams.
**Who we're looking for**:
- You are currently enrolled as a student in a relevant program of study e.g. business management, psychology or similar
- You are enthusiastic about personnel development and want to contribute proactively and with your own ideas to improve our Learning & Development Program
- You enjoy a rapidly changing work environment and love to take up new challenges
- You are a team player, you are communicative and you don't lose track of things even with several projects
- You are fluent in English
- You have good MS Office skills and are interested in digital work processes
