We are seeking a skilled Data Center Technician to join our team. This hybrid role requires strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in data center network management, hardware troubleshooting, and customer support.
- Experience troubleshooting various computer hardware brands, including HP, Dell, Apple, Acer, and Microsoft.
- Experience managing and supporting data storage and backup solutions, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Knowledge of Cisco routing and switching (Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, XR, and NX-OS).
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting Nexus networks.
- Familiarity with various data center architectures, such as DC-DR and Active-Active DC.
- Understanding of ACI Multipod to connect networks across multiple sites.
- Ability to design and architect data center networks.
- Experience handling escalations and communicating effectively with customers.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with multiple third-party vendors.
- Experience working with data centers, co-location providers, shipping services, and remote hands services — especially Cisco products.
- Ability to handle multiple tickets simultaneously, with the ability to reprioritize new high-priority tickets as they arise.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and common networking terminology.
- Knowledge of network cabling (including fiber optics).
- Willingness to travel as needed to support hardware/software upgrades in data centers and troubleshoot related issues.

**Requirements**:

- Experience troubleshooting major computer hardware brands (HP, Dell, Apple, Acer, Microsoft) and managing data storage/backup solutions
- Strong knowledge of Cisco routing and switching and hands-on Nexus network troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ACI Multipod for multi-site network connectivity
- Experience working with data centers, co-location providers, shipping, remote hands services, and managing multiple tickets/priorities
- Willingness to travel for hardware/software upgrades at other locations

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 3.500,00€ per month
