**‘HR Operations Lead’**

**Salary: Up to €70k depending on experience plus excellent benefits**

**Type: Permanent - Must be fluent in German**

**Location: Germany - Remote role with travel to Berlin / Luckenwalde once a month**

Remarkable Jobs are currently working with an established global organisation, who are seeking a “HR Operations Lead” to coach and develop the local HR team and collaborate with global HR Team leads to standardise and globalise best practice.

**‘HR Operations Lead’ Key Responsibilities**:

- To coach and develop the local team in behavioural and technical competencies
- To manage and support team workload and escalate risk to Shared Services Manager
- To promote and ensure standardised, scalable global processes
- To manage third party vendor relationships including immigration, agency and professional services
- Manage and support the full employee lifecycle including promotions, transfers, leavers, maternity etc.
- Manage the complex HR inbox
- Generating offer letters and contracts of employments in accordance with HR procedures.
- Input confidential HR data to IFS - including pay, job changes, security clearances, etc.
- Support of monthly payroll process for area.
- Produce ad hoc HR statistics/reporting.

**‘HR Operations Lead’ Key Skills**:

- Must be fluent in written & spoken German
- HR Generalist with strong HR administration experience.
- Previous payroll experience is an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy of working.
- The ability to manage, organise and co-ordinate on workload.

- High degree of computer literacy including understanding of, experience and technical/specialised areas (e.g. IFS/Oracle/ SAP HR).
- Expert capability in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: 50,000.00€ - 70,000.00€ per year
