For our Headquarter in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as a
**TASKS WITH IMPACT**
As part of the Finance department, you will play a crucial role in providing insightful analysis of the business and financial performance of the Douglas Group. You will also be responsible for forecasting, budget planning, and driving continuous improvement in financial processes.
- Conduct regular evaluations and commentaries on the business and financial performance of the Douglas Group on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Manage and analyze regular forecasts and annual budget planning, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
- Implementation and continuous improvement of the group-wide processes for forecasting and budget planning.
- Prepare reports and presentations on financial and non-financial steering key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
- Provide financial expertise and commercial sparring to the German and international entities.
- Involvement in operational and group-wide finance projects, leveraging your expertise to contribute to the success of key initiatives.

**YOUR ADDED VALUE**
- Successfully completed business studies with a focus on controlling, finance, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in a controlling environment or in an accounting firm, preferably within the retail or FMCG industry.
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel. Ability to create financial models and perform advanced data analysis.
- Confident use of BI tools and multidimensional reporting tools. Ability to utilize these tools to extract and present meaningful insights, and prepare decision templates such as dashboards.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to independently organize and adapt to change in a dynamic environment. Willingness to take initiative and drive improvements in financial processes and controls.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and convincing manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Very good written and spoken English skills, enabling effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
