Mit aktuell über 40 Mitarbeitern in Deutschland, die für Kunden wie Jaguar, Land Rover, Ford, VW, Audi, Mercedes, PSA oder Renault die Beleuchtung entwickeln, sind wir national und international tätig.

Aufgaben
- Vorbereiten der Reports/Unterlagen in Englisch für Board Meetings und

Management Operating Review (MOR) Meetings
- Teilnahme an Business Plan Reviews und Unterstützung der jährlichen

Finanzreports
- Unterstützung des Leiters Global Sales beim Aufbau von Business Planning
- Organisieren und Vorbereiten von Videokonferenzen und Telefonkonferenzen,

Teilnahme an den Konferenzen und Einpflegen von Änderungen
- Zusammentragen von Informationen bei verschiedenen Abteilungen und

Managern, Zusammenführen in Business Plan Präsentationen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen weltweit, um Daten für die Budgeterstellung und

über die Produktivität zu erhalten
- Zusammenarbeit und Korrespondenz mit globalen und regionalen

Verantwortlichen
- Leiten des globalen Entscheidungsprozesses zur Preisfindung Cashflow

Planung zusammen mit dem externen Controller für die lokale GmbH

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium Betriebswirtschaft oder

entsprechende Ausbildung und einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung im Finanzwesen, idealerweise in Controlling

und in der Erstellung von Reports, Budgets etc.
- Sorgfältige und detailgenaue Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit,

Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Ergebnisorientierung
- Verhandlungssichere Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, insbesondere

ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in MS-Excel
- Fähigkeit, verschiedene Aufgaben mit wechselnden
