Expert (f/m/d) External Product Testing and Certification - 222860

**About the Role**:We are looking for an External Product Testing and Certification Expert (f/m/d) to join our TOF Fabrics Team in Putzbrunn in the greater Munich area who will support the product testing and certification needs of the business in Europe. Additionally, you will support to further develop the internal and external processes beginning from the input of testing requisitions, collaboration with external test institutes, the review of incoming test report and efficient transfer to the database.
This position will be located at our facility in Putzbrunn, with work from home days possible as part of a hybrid arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.*
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the timely order management of external product test report and certificate requests as a critical qualifier for the TOF tender business processes & material test reports for customer type approvals such as Personal Protective Equipment
- Support the database administration of product test reports and certificates
- Maintain the relationship to global notified bodies and accredited test laboratories
- Support the Improvement and further development of the product test report management process
- Support the update to a next generation data base
**Required Qualifications**:
- Completed vocational training with a technical background or university bachelor’s degree
- Professional experience with manufacturing industry, min. 2 years
- Experience in norms and standards for material tests
- Fluent English, spoken and written, advanced German skills or any other European languages appreciated
- Very good PC skills, especially MS Excel, databases and ERP systems
- High level of responsibility with a team-oriented working style
- Structured, goal-oriented and independent organization of work
- Demonstrated flexibility to organize yourself within changing team environments and/or requirements
- Ability to work with other cultures in a global setting

- Experience in têxtile industry with têxtile norms and standards
