**Service Contracts Supervisor - DACH**
**Location: Berlin, Germany**

If so, read on We have a great opportunity for a driven individual to join our team in Berlin, Germany as Service Contracts Supervisor.

In this role you will provide leadership, coaching and daily direction for contracts team in the DACH region. You will build effective relationships with our customers and commercial teams within the region and ensure the achievement of revenue generation through service contract renewals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, motivate and lead DACH Service Contracts team to increase engagement and productivity
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and stakeholders. Collaborate across regions to constantly improve how we service and support our clients
- Report on key metrics, from financial to performance
- Identify areas of improvement on renewal processes
- Act as referral point for all internal and external client concerns / escalations
- Arrange regular meetings with clients to review contracts / assets and SLAs to ensure harmonious relationships
- Work closely with Key Account Managers on new Bid / Tender proposals
- Responsible for multi-discipline contracts revenue delivery targets in region
- Actively identify and drive opportunities for upgrades via EOL/EOS lifecycle analysis, mitigating potential cost risks to the business

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
- Experience working within contracts environment
- People management experience
- Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Self-driven and skilled in solving problems and making decisions
- Good presentation skills and ability to train others in departmental processes
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Fluent German and English language skills
