**Your tasks are**:

- Technical leadership of the team in customs clearance
- Ensuring a smooth process of customs order processing
- First contact for the team members
- Planning and creation of service, holiday and substitute list
- Training of new employees in the customs branch on site
- Management of team meetings
- Creation of customs declarations via ATLAS, import/export customs documentation, customs clearance NCTS / free circulation, active or passive processing, fiscal customs clearance
- Runtime monitoring and proactive interface between customs authorities and customer service, eg for inspection orders by customs authorities
- Support for the classification of goods
- Customs order processing for foreign companies, provided that no gateway is involved, including classification and billing of these orders as well as implementation of customs orders (including inspection)
- Maintenance/constant updates of the master data required for customs clearance in the customs program and/ or DSV forwarding
program
- Possibly create article master or support for customers
- Processing of customs inquiries from home and abroad
- Support of the DE-DSV branches before and after winning new customers with customs clearance
- Quality responsibility in the sense of IMS as well as compliance / observance of specified Processes, SOPs
- Preparation of preference certificates, EUR1, EUR-MED, ATR
- CW1 order entry/billing
- Administrative activities

**Your requirement profile**:

- Completed training as a clerk for forwarding and logistics services (M/F/d), forwarding clerk (M/F/d) or comparable
- Well-founded professional experience in customs clearance and fun taking on a team leader position
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Confident appearance, service and customer orientation, ability to work in a team
- Independent work, flexibility and resilience
