**Digital Graphic Designer (Performance)**, we want to take everdrop to the next level. In doing so, you will be a supporting part of our mission to inspire people to opt for sustainable cleaning agents in their everyday life.

**Your tasks**:

- As part of our Creation Team, you’ll be responsible for the campaign design and the first point of contact for paid social campaigns.
- You’ll develop innovative concepts for the relevant e-commerce channels and work together with the Performance Marketing Team.
- You’ll ensure continuous creative development, in order to improve our campaign-based creatives.
- You’ll be responsible for translating communications concepts into our performance campaigns.
- You’ll create research and storyboards based on current trends and will ensure preparation of best practice analyses.
- You’ll take over the mentoring of other team members in the Content Creation area and are happy to share your know-how.
- You’ll be in regular, creative contact with our team lead/Art Director and Senior Editor of Copy & Concept.

**Your profile**:
Short & sweet: We like doers

Even more than qualifications on paper we value passion about sustainability and the motivation to make the world a little cleaner with us. That's why we're looking for new colleagues with drive, a proactive approach and a hands-on mentality - and of course a healthy dose of humour.
- You have a University degree in communication design, social media, media management or a comparable qualification.
- You already have 3-6 years’ professional experience in graphic design, social media content, e-commerce campaigns in a performance marketing environment.
- First experience and interest in leadership and mentoring is a plus.
- You have a keen understanding of brands and can implement this in all kinds of creative situations.
- You are experienced and confident using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Lightroom. Other tools for increasing efficiency/automation are a plus point.
- Additional knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects are a distinct advantage.
- You have a compelling portfolio of work in a variety of e-commerce projects.
- You see yourself as a digital native with high aesthetic standards and are active in social networks.
- You have a very good level of written and spoken English (C1) and German (B2).
