About the position

As a Graphic Designer (m/f/d), you will join our brand team in January and work closely with our Head of Brand, our Graphic Designer and the Brand Marketing Team. Together, you will develop strong visual concepts that bring our brand to life across all channels – from social media to print, from campaigns to key visuals.

Your mission
  • Design what people see: Develop and design marketing materials for all relevant channels (e.g. social media, website, newsletters, pr advertorials, print).
  • Packaging & product experience: Create packaging designs (e.g. product packaging, labels, inserts) and continuously evolve our packaging world in line with the brand.
  • Bring our brand to life at POS/retail: Conceptualise and design POS materials for retail (e.g. displays, shelf branding, in-store signage) to make our brand stand out at the point of sale.
  • Bring visuals to life: Create and edit photo and video assets - from simple edits to short content pieces for campaigns.
  • Evolve our brand: Contribute to the further development of our visual identity and adapt existing designs for new formats and touchpoints - online & offline
  • Let your creativity run wild: From idea to campaign - develop design concepts, moodboards and layouts and translate them into campaign assets.
What you bring along
  • Completed studies (Bachelor / Master / Diploma) in graphic design or communication design
  • Strong eye for design, aesthetics and visual storytelling – you understand what customers want and how to translate it into design
  • Strong affinity for design, aesthetics and trends
  • Very confident working with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
  • High degree of initiative, ownership and flexibility – you like to drive topics forward proactively
  • Good and professional communication skills, both within the team and with stakeholders
  • Business fluent in English; German at C2 level
  • You spot the latest trends in brand marketing, social media and design and actively share them with the team
  • Photography skills, especially product photography 'as a plus' (composition, lighting, basic retouching)
