**Your Responsibilities**:

- You are a leader who can guide our teams on analytical & technical needs
- You translate business questions into actionable & insightful dashboards, analyses & decks that are intuitive making it easy for the business stakeholders to understand how to action
- You will be responsible for gathering business requirements and delivering insightful analytics solutions based on key metrics and KPIs for our different business units (e.g. Marketing, Sales)
- You enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
- You will also drive operational excellence through optimization of data models
- You will need to keep a pulse on the latest happenings in this fast moving world, and react quickly if there is something new to be learnt and/or actions to be taken

**Your Toolkit**:

- You have a Master’s degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent in working experience)
- You have several years of experience with large and complex data management systems, as well as leadership in an agile environment
- You are proficient in tools such as PowerBI and/or modern cloud data management solutions such as y42
- You’re fluent in English, German is a plus

The digital healthcare system in Germany will grow into a multi-billion euro industry in the few years to come, driven - amongst others - by the Digital Supply Act and the implications of Covid-19.

Kranus Health allows men to live a healthier longer life by providing access to the most up-to-date medical care. We are a digital health platform for men and develop digital therapies based on the latest science for sexual health conditions.

Our digital program “Kranus Edera” provides a 12-week plan to treat erectile dysfunction with personal, physiotherapeutic, mental and cardiovascular training, as well as pelvic floor exercises and progress tracking.

We are a founding team with a background in high-growth tech start-ups and Professor Dr. Miller from Charité Berlin.
