We are looking for a Senior Director, Product Operations (all genders) to join the Logistics Customer Product Line team, on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Product Operations focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences by shaping Logistics product solutions that support our local brands and businesses.

We have 3 core users in our Logistics ecosystem who are at the heart of everything we do: Customers who place orders for delivery, Vendors who accept & prepare orders, and Riders who deliver our orders.

In the Customer Product Line, we build products that make it easy for local brands to deliver a delightful order experience with efficient operations so customers order on repeat.

We rely on data to drive our business decisions - experimentation is part of our Product DNA.

As Product Operations Senior Director, you are part of the Product Line leadership. You are part of designing the strategy that drives impact on the group's financial top and bottom line.

The Product Operations team is a key function that drives impact across the organization.

Your mission:
- Lead and manage the Product Performance and Analytics teams- Develop and execute data-driven product strategies that boost revenue growth and improve customer experience- Contribute to setting company and product line strategies, using industry and function expertise- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (including C-level) at both central and regional levels, influencing their decisions and achieving company goals- Collaborate with other functional leads to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration within the Product Line and beyond

Your heroic skills:
- 8+ years of experience in product operations, management, analytics, revenue management or a related field- Proven track record in leading and managing large teams spanning over multiple projects and expertises- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex topics- Capable of identifying, analyzing, and solving complex business problems with a pragmatic approach and global perspective- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and anticipate industry trends

Nice to have:
- Experience in last-mile delivery or pricing strategies- Literate in a programming language (ex SQL)
