**HR Generalist for nexonar**

We're seeking a talented HR Generalist to join us initially for a 1-year maternity leave replacement starting June 1, 2025. Located in the city of Rüsselsheim, our company nexonar offers a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a real impact.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Lead Local Projects**:**Coordinate local initiatives to support our people centric culture and continuous improvement.
- **Empower Through Knowledge**: Ensure all employees are well-versed in our People strategy and fully utilize the learning resources available to them.
- **Drive Transformation**: Lead the charge in performance enablement, skills development, growth, fostering an agile mindset, and embracing digitalization.

- **Handle HR Operations**: Oversee all operational aspects of the Human Resources function, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Stay ahead of local legal requirements and ensure compliance.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Educational Background**: You hold a Master's degree in Business, Human Resource Management (HRM), Psychology, or a related field.
- **Language Proficiency**: You are fluent in both English and German, enabling you to communicate effectively in our diverse environment.
- **HR Expertise**: You bring solid experience in HR operations, demonstrating your ability to handle various HR tasks with confidence.
- **Positive Attitude**: You approach your work with enthusiasm, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
