As a **Business Development Representative (f/m/d)**, you will play a key role in Apaleo's growth by managing inbound leads, qualifying potential customers, and generating new business opportunities. Your role will involve working with partners, handling a high volume of inbound leads, and leveraging outbound efforts as needed. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging decision-makers, assessing their needs, and ensuring a seamless transition to Account Executives. This is a highly dynamic role where questioning, listening, and adaptability are key to success.

**What You'll Be Up To**:

- **Own and manage inbound leads**, ensuring quick response times and effective qualification.
- **Work closely with partners** to source additional leads and maximize new opportunities.
- **Engage decision-makers** in the hospitality industry to introduce **Apaleo's value proposition**.
- **Maintain accurate records** of all sales activities in **HubSpot** and leverage sales tools like **LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, and Modjo.ai**.

**What You'll Bring to the Team**:

- **Experience in B2B SaaS sales, lead generation, or hospitality technology** (Hotel background is a strong plus).
- **Fluent in German or French**.
- A **finance
- and commercially-driven mindset**, able to navigate complex sales conversations.
- **Strong questioning and listening skills**, with the ability to assess customer needs effectively.
- **Comfortable picking up the phone, networking, and engaging decision-makers**.
- **Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in an evolving sales environment**.
- **Intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset**, eager to learn and progress into a **Business Development Lead** role.
