At Yepoda, we believe in the Korean expertise, traditions and beauty innovations of the country while we give all our skincare products our own twist: Our mindfully produced skincare products are 100% free of nasties like silicones and parabens, cruelty-free, vegan and made with love in Korea by our K-Beauty experts. Our products are being sold via our own online shop and we have already started to establish ourselves on social media and among well-known influencers. Our team is made up of more than 40 amazing human beings who came from all over the world to actively write Yepoda’s story. You probably guessed it already: Our company language is English. If this sounds like an environment you’d like to work and thrive in: We’d love to talk At the moment, we are looking for a Social Media Content Creator (M/F/d) | TikTok Focus Tasks - You are the face of Yepoda's TikTok account and have a lot of ideas to create cool content for our brand - Create compelling social media and TikTok content that aligns with our brand messaging and values - Collaborate with the paid marketing team to brainstorm video ideas and develop content that resonates with our target audience - You are not camera shy and are ready for videos in front of and behind the (Smartphone) camera - Ideate, film, and edit TikTok videos that are both informative and entertaining, that will be used for both organic and paid purposes - Stay up to date with the latest TikTok trends and algorithm changes to ensure that our content stays relevant and engaging - Build and manage a strong presence on TikTok by engaging with our audience on TikTok and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Measure and analyze the success of TikTok content and adjust strategies accordingly - Collaborate with the brand & social media team on contents for other social media channels - Ideate, film, and edit TikTok videos that are both informative and entertaining, that will be used for both organic and paid purposes - Stay up to date with the latest TikTok trends and algorithm changes to ensure that our content stays relevant and engaging - Build and manage a strong presence on TikTok by engaging with our audience on TikTok and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Measure and analyze the success of TikTok content and adjust strategies accordingly **Requirements**: - A strong sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail - Excellent sense of aesthetics and proportion - You are organized, reliable, and efficient - You enjoy being in front of the camera - You are proactive and work well in a team - You’re always the first to know a new TikTok trend - You have a "can-do" attitude - Skilled in video editing software and experienced in creating videos in a variety of formats and styles - Good English copywriting skills - Preferably native in German - if you speak Italian, French or Spanish it’s a plus **Benefits**: - An exciting opportunity with a large variety of projects and insights into different fields of Marketing - The chance to actively contribute to growing and further developing a young brand - The opportunity, to take on responsibility from day 1 and to learn and grow - A welcoming, international, dedicated team with flat hierarchies and trust by default - Best startup atmosphere: An amazing, modern office in the heart of Berlin - Treat yourself with our free drinks or the weekly office yoga - You'll get to enjoy the Yepoda products at a discount We value diversity of perspective and seek to build an inclusive workplace that welcomes people from all different backgrounds.
