**My duties**
- Develop solutions in a very dynamic environment between different cultures and mindsets in the context of a Joint Venture
- Establish processes for Aftersales processes documentation and continuos update
- Develop and implement detailed processes for tracking of Aftersales market launch activities Providers according to the legal requirements (Block Exemption Regulation) in alignment with Counterparts in smart EU and Mercedes-Benz AG.
- To support the ability of the management to take decisions accordingly to the overall vision
- To define and consolidate target milestones from business perspective across different Aftersales clusters.
- To coordinate and stream leading interfaces between business and IT and 3rd parties in order to asses and solve questions from business and IT within project/program
- To enable easy and efficient ways and methodologies to actively track and analyse project activities
- To assure transparency over the whole project and be able to give management status overviews always
- To analyse the potential factors of performance results and provide constructive proposal of improvement
- To develop templates and tools to assure project efficiency (with a get things done attitude) and an efficient way to track project status

**My qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business (informatics), engineering or a comparable degree e.g. innovation and technology management
- Scrum (e.g. scrum.org or SAFe)/project management certificates or trainings are an advantage
- In-depth experience in automotive (luxury) retail industry or consultancy, preferred in project management, Aftersales, production/quality planning, product management or similar area
- Proven ability to implement ideas/visions into projects/products and manage project management tasks independently between different parties and stakeholders
- Experience with international and diverse cross-cultural environment ideally gained within the automotive sector
- Strong skills in product or project management
- Knowledge or experiences in managing or working together with 3rd parties or subsidiaries/markets in an
- High affinity and understanding for Aftersales business and organization
