**Job Details**:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director New Ventures for foodora in Europe present across 8 countries. This is your chance to take charge of designing and implementing robust strategies to expand new business lines and products across the region.

To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record in business and strategic planning, as well as stakeholder management and project management. As the main business stakeholder for the Product Development, Product Operations Europe and global teams in charge of New Ventures and cross-functional topics, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of talented individuals to drive innovation and growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business or economics. Msc or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Background in top-tier management consulting firm (at Project Leader or Manager or equivalent level) and/ or in strategy or business development leadership within an international company
- Experience managing and leading diverse teams
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and drive results.
- Fluent in English; fluency in one or more European languages a plus
