Cherry Ventures is a leading early-stage venture capital firm with offices in Berlin, London, and Stockholm. We back bold entrepreneurs from day zero and actively support them in building world-class teams. To strengthen our own operations and better serve our founders, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Berlin office.
**What you'll do**: Drive full-cycle recruitment for roles at Cherry and across our portfolio - from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offers, and closing.
**What we're looking for**: 3 - 4 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition (agency, in-house, or startup background welcome).
